VitroGel High-Concentration Gel Series offers exceptional flexibility, allowing the

mechanical strength of the gel to be controlled from 10 Pa to 4000 Pa. VitroGel is modified with a variety of functional ligands, such as RGD, collagen (COL), laminin (IKVAV, YIGSR) , and matrix metalloproteinases (MMP). This system enables the study of cell responses to individual functional ligands by freely mixing different versions and creating various gel

combinations.


VitroGel® 3D HIGH CONCENTRATION maximizes the requirements of 3D cell culture environments while offering high flexibility.

VitroGel® 3D HIGH CONCENTRATION allows for the adjustment of gel strength from 10 to 4000 Pa (G') through dilution, creating an optimal environment for cell growth. The gel matrix structure of VitroGel® 3D HIGH CONCENTRATION is conducive to the formation of cell spheroids, suspension culture, or other culture methods that require low cell-matrix interactions.

3D Culture of Beta Lox 5 Cells in VitroGel 3D


A. BL5 cells cultured on the surface of treated wells (Control group 1);
B. Human pancreatic islet organ suspension culture (Control group 2);
C. BL5 cells cultured in VitroGel 3D on Day 1;
D. BL5 cells cultured in VitroGel 3D on Day 7.

Under 3D culture with VitroGel, BL5 cells form structures that closely resemble normal human pancreatic islet organs.
