VitroGel High-Concentration Gel Series offers exceptional flexibility, allowing the mechanical strength of
the gel to be controlled from 10 Pa to 4000 Pa. VitroGel is modified with a variety of functional ligands, such as RGD, collagen (COL), laminin (IKVAV, YIGSR), and matrix metalloproteinases (MMP). This system enables the study of cell responses to individual functional ligands by freely mixing different versions and creating various gel combinations.
VitroGel® YIGSR HIGH CONCENTRATION is modified with a functional peptide derived from laminin. The YIGSR sequence, located on the β1 chain of laminin, is associated with endothelial cell adhesion, proliferation, migration, and other activities.
