VitroGel High-Concentration Gel Series offers exceptional flexibility, allowing the mechanical strength of

the gel to be controlled from 10 Pa to 4000 Pa. VitroGel is modified with a variety of functional ligands, such as RGD, collagen (COL), laminin (IKVAV, YIGSR), and matrix metalloproteinases (MMP). This system enables the study of cell responses to individual functional ligands by freely mixing different versions and creating various gel combinations.

VitroGel® IKVAV HIGH CONCENTRATION is modified with a functional peptide derived from laminin (IKVAV). IKVAV is a bioactive sequence located at the C-terminal of the long arm of the laminin α-1 chain,

and it is associated with various biological activities such as neuronal progenitor cell differentiation, promoting cell adhesion, axon growth, angiogenesis, and tumor growth.
