IMDM,a modification of Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium, includes selenium as well as additional amino acids and vitamins, improves cell viability and growth in an easy-to-use format. IMDM (Iscove's Modified Dulbecco's Medium) is well suited for rapid proliferating, high-density cell cultures, including Jurkat, COS-7, and macrophage cells. We offer IMDM modifications for a range of cell culture applications. The product contains L-glutamine, HEPES and Phenol red.
